EGT limits, injection pressure ceilings and boost targets are hardcoded into the calibration. The engine always has accurate sensor data. No shortcuts.
No physical parts changed
No new injectors, exhaust, turbo or intercooler. We write new calibration data to your existing ECU — everything else stays factory. Your engine is unchanged physically.

Our Mascot workshop runs multiple dyno bays, professional alignment gear and a dedicated ECU calibration suite — so every remap is verified under real load conditions before you drive out.

How we remap
A professional remap is a structured process — not a plug-and-play box. Here's exactly what happens on the day.
Vehicle diagnosis
We scan the ECU for existing fault codes and check engine health before anything else. We only tune healthy engines.
Dyno baseline run
Your car goes on our in-house Mainline dyno. We record your factory power and torque at the wheels — the real, honest numbers.
Factory file backed up
We read and save your original ECU calibration before any changes. You can always go back to factory — fully reversible.
ECU maps tuned
Fuelling, injection timing, boost targets, torque limiters — all adjusted in coordination, specific to your engine and its current condition.
Dyno retest
Back on the dyno with the new map. We validate power gains, AFR and EGT under load. You see the before/after numbers on paper.
ECU lock + final check
The ECU is locked, the vehicle is road-tested, and the dyno sheets are handed to you. The whole process is typically one day.
