What We Optimised
The VW Amarok V6 3.0L is one of the best-responding diesels we remap. The engine platform is derived from Audi and Porsche V6 diesels — it is built with significant safety margins that translate directly into remap headroom.
This 2017 auto came in essentially brand new at 470 km. The owner had just taken delivery and wanted to get the full potential out of the engine before the car accumulated any km under the stock calibration.
The 3.0L V6 is particularly sensitive to boost pressure and cam timing adjustments. After our calibration, peak power rose from 161hp to 201hp, and torque from 597Nm to 669Nm. Throttle response at low speeds improved significantly — the Amarok became noticeably more responsive off idle and at light throttle.

Injection timing advanced at mid-range for better torque response
Air-fuel ratio monitored and calibrated on the dyno — not estimated
Throttle response recalibrated — no dead spot off idle, linear and predictable
Conservative exhaust gas temperature ceiling maintained throughout
Properly calibrated combustion means less fuel burned to reach the same torque at cruise. Most owners report 8–15% better highway fuel economy after the remap — with no hardware changes required.
Every remap is verified on our in-house Mainline dyno. You receive the actual before/after charts with your car's numbers.
Your factory file is backed up before we start. We can restore the original tune any time — for dealer service or trade-in.
Stock exhaust, stock injectors, stock turbo. All gains come from the calibration — nothing on your car needs to change.
